Common procedure
1. Confirmation

Confirmation of your request

2. Assets review

I will review your character design, your idea for the request and, accessories (if any, regarding your idea for the request) and see if I can work with it

3. sketchie

I will approximate your idea in a quick rough sketch wireframes and see if you like it

4. Payment

If settled, I will send you the invoice and you can start payment

5. Packaging

Once done, I will notify you and pack the finished commission into a zip file. The file includes the project file (Clip or PSD) and the raw export

Rules

Patience
Putting yourself in the queue means you agreed to keep your patience until your request is done. I am a slow artist, especially for background commissions. Giving a deadline for a commission is highly prohibited.

My time limit of inactivity is 2 months at most.
If I somehow lost communication with you and happen to get beyond that time limit, do mind reminding me! If necessary we can discuss whether I should refund or consider other options. Thank you!

Allowance and Disallowance
I will draw:
  1. SFW and NSFW
  2. Backgrounds
  3. Accessories
I will not draw:
  1. Super complex character designs or accessories, your character/s will be reviewed firsthand
  2. Hardcore genres (extreme fetish, etc, sorry enthusiastic peeps!)
  3. Gore, simple wounds are plausible
  4. Request that will likely demonize someone or some group
  5. Highly controversial or High-risk topics (politics, strong religious ethics, etc)
  6. Characters that have no permission for you to use within your request. Make Sure You Have Full Permission Of The Character Owner To Be Involved In Your Request.
  7. for anyone who craves free art (Please for god's sake don't do this.)

Policy
Payments:
  1. The payment processor will be discussed in chat.
  2. If you're local a Indonesian peep, please let me know. We can use alternative processors.
  3. After settling the rough sketch I've given you, you'll be given maximum of 7 days to pay before your request gets discarded. Although not immediate, I will frequently ask for updates!
  4. Unpaid requests will be on hold until paid, otherwise discarded on due
  5. Any additional objects (equipped/interacted with by characters, or belongings) will automatically count as accessories. Price starts from $0 or $5
Mid-progress Edits:
  1. In the sketching stage, you have the freedom to ask for changes as many times as needed
  2. But once in a more advanced stage (ex: rendering) I can only change small details and not the entire structure of the drawing. (pose change, complete background change, etc)
  3. Each edit request will be reviewed accordingly
Refunds:
Each request will get through a rough sketch approximation of your request, once settled I won't be able to accept any refunds. However, if anyhow I weren't able to continue your request for external reasons you are eligible for a partial or full return depending on how much progress is done.

  1. Do also understand that I can also decline to process inquiries, whether it is due to ambiguity or from the subject matter
  2. If you continuously demand speedy completion after payment and without any agreement, I reserve the right to stop working on your commission and retain partial funds. I'm a human too...
Take it easy! I'm not so much of a grumpy potato, no need to be a fancy formal pants! The TOS is long and precise just so it mentions everything for now.
Do not use OR alter any of my work with ANY [ai generative tool] technology as I DO NOT CONSENT for my work to be put through it.

Artwork Visibility
Regarding whether you want me to post the artwork publicly, kept it private or wanted to anonymize the ownership of a commission feel free to discuss it with me.
It is also fine if you had a change in mind, say, to make it public at a later point. Although I could not reverse on what's already public

Commercial Use
Commercial usage of my work is prohibited without prior discussion and settlement.
  1. You are not allowed to sell my work.*
  2. I retain all the rights to all the image(s) commissioned*
